Introducing the new ICECUT annular cutters, featuring a revolutionary coating composed of a unique blend of chromium and aluminum (AICrN). Designed to overcome challenges posed by restrictions on lubricant application, these cutters outperform traditional Titanium (TiN) or Titanium-Aluminum (TiAIN) coated options. By incorporating a chromium aluminum blend into the coating, the ICECUT annular cutters have the capability to endure temperatures at least 200 degrees Celsius higher while generating less heat compared to standard TiAIN cutters. This exclusive coating enhances the ICECUT's resistance to high stress and abrupt impact. Additionally, these cutters boast fully ground extra large flutes, modern tooth design, and cutter geometry, as well as a new high technology coating and universal shank.
