The SST+ ½” Prentice drill bits are designed for heavy-duty drilling applications. They are compatible with portable drills, drill presses, and magnetic base drills with a ½” chuck capacity. These drill bits feature extra hard tips, allowing for extended use before requiring sharpening. Crafted from a cobalt blend, they have a longer lifespan. The shank of the drill bits has three flats to prevent slippage inside the chuck. With their exclusive point geometry, they eliminate the need for pre-drilling. Additionally, they boast a special bronze SST surface treatment.
