The Walter Enduro-Flex Flap Disc (SKU: 15R508) represents a significant advancement in abrasive technology for metal fabrication and industrial maintenance. Designed to meet the rigorous demands of the finishing industry, this 5-inch disc combines aggressive material removal with a high-quality finish, effectively replacing the need for a two-step process involving both a grinding wheel and a sanding disc. The 80 grit configuration is optimized for blending and finishing applications on both steel and stainless steel surfaces.

At the core of the Enduro-Flex performance is the refined zirconium grain structure. This self-sharpening grain ensures consistent cutting action throughout the life of the disc, removing material faster while maintaining a cooler grinding temperature.
