The ENDURO-FLEX one-step finishing discs are specifically designed to overcome the challenges faced by the metal fabricating and finishing industry. Featuring a new zirconium grain, these discs not only stay sharp for longer but also remove material at a faster rate. A special top coat ensures that the disc remains cool and lubricated throughout the grinding and sanding process, resulting in a smooth and vibration-free experience. Unlike other discs, there is no need to dispose of the ENDURO-FLEX disc when the flap overhang is worn down. Instead, it can be easily restored to its original performance by reducing the diameter of the ECO-TRIM backing. The Eco-Trim™ trimmable backing significantly extends the lifespan of the disc, providing a cost-effective solution. Additionally, these discs are designed for quiet operation and can be used with any standard grinder back flanges thanks to their raised hub. Trimming the disc is a safe and easy process, and it comes with an integral thread size of 5/8"-11".
