With a cutting speed of 3.5 to 6.5 inches per minute, this nozzle/cutting tip is efficient and precise. It produces an average kerf width between 0.157 and 0.17 inches. To operate, it consumes 395 to 625 CFH for total oxygen and 20 to 35 CFH for acetylene.
The medium pre-heat nozzle/cutting tip is equipped with 6 preheat holes and a 39-inch drill cutting feature. It is suitable for various applications, including beveling, cutting dirty plate, and general purpose cutting. With its medium preheat capability, it offers sufficient heat for cutting dirty plate and beveling tasks.
