The ESAB® Purox® 4202 Series Acetylene Cutting Nozzle/Cutting Tip is designed for cutting through metal up to 6" thick. It operates at a gas pressure of 60 - 70 PSIG for oxygen and 10 - 12 PSIG for Acetylene. With a cutting speed of 6 - 9 inches per minute, it creates an average kerf width of 0.130 - 0.160". Gas consumption ranges from 340 - 460 CFH for oxygen and 22 - 28 CFH for Acetylene. This nozzle/cutting tip is equipped with 6 preheat holes and a 43" drill cutting, making it suitable for beveling and general-purpose applications. It provides sufficient preheat for beveling tasks.
