The defining feature of this 'L' variant is its extended length of 10 inches, which distinguishes it from standard length tips. This extension is integral to the tip's one-piece copper construction, ensuring structural integrity and consistent gas flow over the longer distance.

Designed for use with Acetylene gas, this tip utilizes a one-piece design where the preheat and cutting oxygen paths are precision-drilled into the solid copper alloy. The operational parameters for this tip require a cutting oxygen pressure of 40-45 PSIG and a preheat oxygen pressure of 4-12 PSIG. The acetylene fuel pressure should be regulated between 3 and 7 PSIG. Under optimal conditions, this tip achieves a cutting speed of 13 to 17 inches per minute.
