The Victor 0387-0200 combination pairs the industry-standard CA270-V cutting attachment with the WH270-FC-V welding handle, creating a versatile medium-duty oxy-fuel tool suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. The WH270-FC-V Welding Handle is the core of this system, featuring built-in flashback arrestors and reverse flow check valves. This integration significantly enhances operator safety by preventing dangerous gas backflow and flashbacks without the added bulk of external devices. The handle is constructed from a die-forged brass body, ensuring resilience against the mechanical stresses typical of shop floors and field sites. It utilizes a tube-within-a-tube design for the gas mix, optimizing weight and balance.

The CA270-V Cutting Attachment connects seamlessly to the handle, transforming it into a powerful cutting tool capable of severing steel up to 6 inches (152mm) thick when equipped with the appropriate Series 3 cutting tips.
