The Victor Cutskill CS11186 is a specialized oxy-acetylene consumable designed for precision material removal and surface preparation. Classified as a Series 1, Type 118 tip, this product features a distinct "sides cutaway" geometry. Unlike standard cutting tips intended for perpendicular severing of base metals, the Type 118 design is engineered to produce a low-velocity, high-volume oxygen stream ideal for washing away molten metal. This makes it the preferred choice for industrial applications such as deseaming, scarfing, gouging, and rivet washing.
