The Victor® EDGE™ Station EST4 Heavy-Duty Inert Gas Regulator is a reliable and high-quality gas control technology. With a delivery range of 5 - 125 psig and a maximum inlet pressure of 200 psig, this regulator is designed for gas distribution/pipeline systems. It features a 4 port forged brass body, stainless steel bolts, and a zinc-aluminum housing cap that has almost twice the yield strength of brass. The regulator comes with a 2 1/2" gauge, updated artwork, and a 200 outlet gauge range. Its advanced design allows for compact industrial use, while the easy-to-read gauges with enhanced graphics and color-coded knobs enable quick gas identification. The regulator offers natural and safe hand/body positioning for adjusting delivery pressure. With a flow coefficient of 0.488 Cv, it ensures uniform flow performance across a range of cylinder pressures, delivering high sensitivity and accuracy. The color-coded SLAM™ impact-absorbing safety knob provides added strength and protection for the regulator internals. Measuring 8.2" X 3 4/5" X 7.1", this long-lasting regulator meets or exceeds industry standards, including CGA E-4, UL 252, and ASTM G-175. It also features forged brass bodies, a zinc-aluminum housing cap, a high-impact ABS gauge guard, a stem-type seat mechanism, an external self-reseating relief valve, a sintered inlet filter bronze, a color-coded SLAM™ impact-absorbing safety knob, a three-stage crumple zone, and side entry and rear entry inlet options.
