The Victor® ETS4 EDGE™ Series Two Stage High Capacity Air Regulator is designed for applications that require precise and constant outlet pressure. With a delivery range of 10-200 psig, this regulator offers reliable performance.
Crafted with a forged brass body and zinc-aluminum housing caps, the regulator is built to last. It also features a high impact ABS gauge guard and a 2.7" fabric reinforced neoprene diaphragm. The compact layout of the regulator includes built-in gauges that are recessed into the body for protection.
The regulator is equipped with 1 1/2" UL listed/recognized gauges, with a 4000 inlet gauge range and 400 outlet gauge range. It has a 346 CGA inlet connection and a 5/8"-18 LH(F) outlet connection.
With its advanced design, the regulator combines form and functionality. The gauges are easy to read, with enhanced graphics and color-coded knobs for quick gas identification.
User-friendly features include a side mounted knob that allows for natural and safe hand/body positioning when adjusting the delivery pressure. The regulator also has a single impact point that helps protect critical system elements.
The regulator provides uniform flow performance over a range of cylinder pressures, with high sensitivity and accuracy in delivery pressure. It includes an external self-reseating relief valve, stem type seat mechanism, and nickel-plated bronze sintered inlet filter.
For added strength, safety, and protection of the regulator internals, it comes with a color-coded SLAM™ impact absorbing safety knob. The regulator measures 6.85" X 4.72" X 4.4" and is backed by a five-year warranty. It meets or exceeds CGA E-4, UL 252, and ASTM G-175 promoted ignition test standards.
Additional features include a brass adjusting screw with a forged T-Handle and Delrin insert bushing for durability and easier adjusting. The regulator also has a die-forged brass spring housing cap for greater strength and durability, a stainless steel diaphragm for accurate long-lasting service, and a stainless ball in the key for easy adjustment.
The adjusting spring is pretested for quality assurance and the sintered inlet filter is electroless nickel plated bronze. The regulator also features a precision machined nozzle for optimum flow control.
These regulators are guaranteed to deliver at least the stated upper range and may even exceed it in some cases.
