It is specifically designed for scenarios where extremely precise delivery control is not critical, yet durability and consistent performance are mandatory. The unit features a delivery pressure range of 0-60 PSIG and is rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 3500 PSIG, making it suitable for high-pressure supply sources.

Construction-wise, the 111-00-00 is built from rugged brass bar stock. To enhance longevity and resistance to environmental factors, the body, bonnet, and gauges are fully plated. This plating offers superior protection against corrosion and wear compared to standard raw brass finishes. A key engineering feature is the inclusion of Miller's Sure-Seat technology. This filtered seat design prevents debris from entering the seating area, thereby extending the service life of the regulator and maintaining gas stream purity.
