The Miller Smith 120-40-09 Silverline Series General Purpose Two Stage Regulator is engineered for professionals requiring exacting pressure control in laboratory, testing, and general maintenance environments. As a member of the esteemed Silverline 120 Series, this regulator distinguishes itself with a robust two-stage design. Unlike single-stage counterparts that allow delivery pressure to rise as the cylinder pressure decays, this two-stage mechanism maintains a constant delivery pressure throughout the life of the cylinder. This feature is critical in analytical applications and precision processes where pressure fluctuation can compromise results.

Constructed from high-quality brass bar stock, the body and bonnet are plated to offer superior protection against environmental corrosion and wear. The internal architecture features Miller's proprietary Sure-Seat technology, which significantly enhances the lifespan of the regulator by ensuring a positive seal and reducing maintenance intervals. A filtered seat is integrated into the high-pressure inlet to trap particulate matter, ensuring gas stream purity and protecting the delicate internal components from debris commonly found in industrial cylinders.
