The Miller Smith 120-00-00 Silverline Series General Purpose Two Stage Regulator is engineered for environments where pressure stability and gas purity are paramount. Designed to handle inert and non-corrosive gases such as Air, Nitrogen, CO2, and Argon, this regulator excels in laboratory, research, and analytical applications. The defining feature of the 120 Series is its two-stage reduction mechanism. Unlike single-stage counterparts that allow delivery pressure to rise as the supply cylinder pressure decays, this unit steps down pressure in two stages. This ensures that the output remains constant at your set point—within the 0-30 PSIG delivery range—throughout the entire life of the cylinder, up to a maximum inlet pressure of 3500 PSIG.

Construction quality is a hallmark of the Silverline series. The body and bonnet are machined from solid brass bar stock, offering superior structural integrity compared to forged or cast alternatives. To further enhance durability and corrosion resistance, the exterior components, including the gauges, are fully plated. Internally, the regulator features Miller's proprietary Sure-Seat technology. This design incorporates a filtered seat that prevents microscopic debris from entering the high-pressure seating area, a common cause of regulator creep and failure. By maintaining a clean seating surface, the regulator ensures gas stream purity and significantly extends its operational lifespan.

For integration flexibility, the 120-00-00 is equipped with 1/4" FNPT inlet and outlet connections. This standard piping thread allows technicians to configure the regulator for specific manifold, line, or custom cylinder setups rather than being restricted to a fixed CGA nut. Additionally, the body is tapped for rear panel mounting, making it an excellent choice for fixed installations in gas distribution panels or test benches. The large 1-7/8 inch diaphragm provides a broad sensitivity range, allowing for precise adjustments and stable flow characteristics essential for critical processes.
