The Miller Smith 121-00-07 Silverline Series General Purpose Two Stage Regulator is a high-performance gas control solution designed for laboratory, general plant, and maintenance shop applications. Engineered to handle inert and non-corrosive gases such as Air, Nitrogen, Carbon Dioxide (CO2), and Argon, this regulator excels in environments where constant delivery pressure is critical. The two-stage design compensates for the drop in cylinder pressure as gas is consumed, ensuring a steady and reliable flow without the need for frequent manual adjustments.

Built to withstand the demands of industrial use, the 121-00-07 features a rugged brass bar stock body. The body, bonnet, and gauges are plated to provide superior protection against corrosion and physical wear. At the heart of the regulator is Miller's Sure-Seat technology, which incorporates a filtered seat. This design element is crucial for maintaining gas stream purity and preventing debris from damaging the seating surface, thereby significantly extending the service life of the unit. The large 1-7/8 inch diaphragm offers exceptional sensitivity, allowing for precise pressure control within the 0-60 PSI delivery range.

This regulator is equipped with large, easy-to-read 2-1/2 inch single scale gauges, allowing operators to monitor both inlet and delivery pressures quickly and accurately. With a maximum inlet pressure rating of 3500 PSI and a standard CGA 510 connection, it integrates seamlessly with common gas cylinders. The body is also tapped for rear panel mounting, providing flexibility for fixed installations. A preset safety relief valve vents to the atmosphere, ensuring safe operation with non-hazardous gases. Please note that this model is not recommended for applications where inboard diffusion of air or outgassing of elastomeric components would adversely affect the work.
