The Miller Smith 612-40-09-00-00 Silverline High Purity Brass Single Stage Regulator is a premium gas control device engineered for applications requiring stringent contamination control. Part of the renowned 610 Series Silverline, this regulator is specifically designed to manage non-corrosive gases such as Argon, Nitrogen, and Helium in high-purity systems. The unit features a robust nickel-plated brass bar stock body which provides excellent durability while maintaining a clean aesthetic suitable for laboratory environments.

At the core of this regulator is a stainless steel diaphragm. Unlike elastomeric diaphragms, the stainless steel construction prevents gas absorption and desorption, ensuring that the purity of the gas stream is maintained from the cylinder to the application. The metal-to-metal seal between the body and the diaphragm further eliminates potential leak paths and contamination sources. A 316 stainless steel filter is integrated into the inlet to protect the seat from particulate damage, extending the service life of the regulator.

This model is configured with a CGA 580 inlet for inert gases and delivers a pressure range of 0-100 PSIG.
