This regulator features a stainless steel diaphragm that utilizes a metal-to-metal seal with the body, eliminating the need for soft seals that can outgas or degrade over time. The filtered seat design further enhances gas stream purity, while a 316 stainless steel filter prevents particulate contamination from entering the regulator seat. These features collectively ensure that the gas delivered to your instrumentation remains as pure as the source.

Robust Construction and Versatility

Constructed from brass nickel-plated bar stock, the body offers excellent durability and resistance to environmental corrosion. The regulator is capable of withstanding an internal vacuum, making it suitable for purge cycles. For installation flexibility, the bonnet is threaded for panel mounting, and the body is tapped for rear panel mounting. A 1/16" FNPT port in the bonnet allows for the capture and venting of hazardous gases in the unlikely event of a diaphragm failure, adding an extra layer of safety to your workspace.

This model comes equipped with a CGA 540 connection for Oxygen service and provides a delivery pressure range of 0-500 PSIG. It handles a maximum inlet pressure of 3500 PSIG.
