Built on the robust 310 Silverline platform, this single-stage regulator is specifically constructed to handle corrosive, non-corrosive, and toxic gases without compromising system purity or safety. The unit features a 316 stainless steel bar stock body and a 316 stainless steel filtered seat, ensuring that the gas stream remains uncontaminated during operation. This specific model is configured with a CGA 705 stainless steel inlet connection and delivers a pressure range of 0-25 PSIG, making it suitable for low-pressure applications requiring high precision.

Technically, the regulator excels due to its convoluted stainless steel diaphragm, which provides superior sensitivity and stable pressure regulation compared to standard flat diaphragms. The metal-to-metal diaphragm seal eliminates the need for elastomeric seals in the gas path, thereby maximizing leak integrity—a critical factor when handling hazardous media.
