The unit features a robust construction utilizing 316 Stainless Steel for the body and a 316 PCTFE seat, ensuring exceptional resistance to corrosion and minimizing particle generation that could contaminate the gas stream.

At the heart of this regulator is a specially designed convoluted stainless steel diaphragm. Unlike standard flat diaphragms, this convoluted design offers superior sensitivity and stable regulation of delivery pressure, even as cylinder pressure decays. Critical to its high-purity designation is the metal-to-metal diaphragm seal, which provides maximum leak integrity, effectively preventing atmospheric contamination and hazardous gas leakage.
