The Miller Smith 311-00-31-00-00 Silverline High Purity Regulator is a premier solution designed for the rigorous demands of analytical laboratories, semiconductor manufacturing, and specialty gas management. Part of the esteemed 310 Silverline Series, this single-stage regulator is engineered to maintain the integrity of high-purity systems while providing accurate regulation of corrosive, non-corrosive, or toxic gases. The unit is constructed from 316 stainless steel bar stock, ensuring that all wetted parts resist corrosion and minimize particle generation, which is critical for maintaining gas stream purity.

At the heart of this regulator is a specially designed, convoluted stainless steel diaphragm. This component provides superior sensitivity and stable regulation of delivery pressure, even as cylinder pressure decays. The metal-to-metal diaphragm seal is a standout feature, offering maximum leak integrity—a non-negotiable requirement when handling hazardous or toxic media. To further enhance safety, the regulator includes a captured vent port (1/16” FNPT) located in the bonnet.
