The Harris HP 750-1000 Servo-Dome Nitrogen Regulator is a specialized high-pressure, high-flow device engineered specifically for the demanding requirements of laser assist gas applications. In laser cutting, the stability of the assist gas pressure is critical to the quality of the cut and the protection of the laser optics. Standard spring-loaded regulators often suffer from "droop" or pressure decay as the supply cylinder empties, which can lead to inconsistent cuts or machine downtime. The Harris HP 750 utilizes advanced Servo-Dome load technology to solve this problem.

Instead of a traditional heavy compression spring, this regulator uses a balanced dome-load mechanism. This design ensures that the delivery pressure remains exceptionally constant throughout the entire life of the cylinder, providing the steady flow of Nitrogen needed to blow molten material away from the cut zone effectively. With a delivery pressure range of 0-1000 PSIG, this regulator is capable of supporting the cutting of thick plates where higher pressures are mandatory.
