The Victor® VTS 250 Series Two Stage Medium Duty Air Regulator is designed for applications requiring a consistent delivery pressure across a range of decreasing inlet pressures. With a delivery range of 5 - 125 psig, this regulator is ideal for various medium to high capacity general-purpose tasks.
Constructed with a die-forged brass body and spring housing cap, this regulator offers exceptional strength and durability. It also features two 2" steel gauges, with an inlet gauge range of 4000 and an outlet gauge range of 200.
The two-stage regulation of this regulator ensures high operating characteristics, making it suitable for applications where changes in delivery pressure could impact performance or test results. Its 1.3", 1 3/4" fabric reinforced neoprene diaphragm provides precise and long-lasting service.
Equipped with a 346 CGA inlet connection and a 5/8"-18 LH(F) outlet connection, this regulator delivers accurate and uniform outlet pressures. The electroless nickel plated bronze sintered inlet filter and precision-machined nozzle offer optimal flow control.
To ensure quality assurance, this regulator is pretested and includes features such as a stem-type seat mechanism and an external self-reseating relief valve. The regulator also comes with a long-lasting Delrin insert bushing and a stainless ball in the key for easy adjustment.
Measuring 6 1/2" X 6.13" X 5.63", this regulator delivers at least the stated upper range and, in some cases, may even exceed it. Its brass adjusting screw with a forged T-handle, along with the Delrin insert bushing, further enhances its durability and ease of adjustment.
