0781-3558 - Victor VTS252A-350 Two-Stage Methane/Hydrogen Regulator CGA 350

The Victor® VTS 250 Series Two Stage Medium Duty Methane/Hydrogen Regulator is designed to provide a constant delivery pressure over a range of decreasing inlet pressures. This regulator has a delivery range of 2-15 psig, with a maximum inlet pressure of 3000 psig.

Featuring a durable die-forged brass body and spring housing cap, this regulator is built to withstand tough conditions. It is equipped with 2" steel gauges, with a 4000 psig inlet gauge range and a 30 psig outlet gauge range. The accurate two-stage regulation ensures high operating characteristics, making it suitable for applications where changes in delivery pressure could affect performance.

This regulator has a 350 CGA inlet connection and a 9/16"-18 LH(M) outlet connection. Its 1.3" and 1 3/4" fabric reinforced neoprene diaphragm provides precise and long-lasting service. With a flow coefficient of 0.082 Cv, it ensures accurate and uniform outlet pressures.

The Victor® VTS 250 Series regulator is compatible with various medium to high capacity general-purpose applications. It comes with an electroless nickel plated bronze sintered inlet filter, a Delrin insert bushing, and a stainless ball for easy adjustment. The adjusting spring is pretested for quality assurance, and the precision-machined nozzle ensures maximum flow control.

Additionally, this regulator features a stem-type seat mechanism inlet pressure for effective sealing and an external self-reseating relief valve. It measures 6 1/2" x 6.13" x 5.63" and delivers at least the stated upper range, and in some cases, may even exceed it.

Please note that this regulator does not include a relief valve for downstream equipment protection. This makes it unsuitable for VTS 260 Series regulators that require a relief valve.
