The Victor VTS 250 Series Two Stage Medium Duty Methane/Hydrogen Regulator is designed for applications requiring a consistent delivery pressure across a range of decreasing inlet pressures. With a delivery range of 5 - 125 psig, this regulator offers reliable performance.
Constructed with a die-forged brass body and spring housing cap, the regulator is built to be strong and durable. The 2" steel gauges have a 4000 inlet gauge range and a 200 outlet gauge range.
The accurate two-stage regulation of this regulator is particularly beneficial for applications where changes in delivery pressure could affect work or test results. The regulator has a 350 CGA inlet connection and a 9/16"-18 LH(M) outlet connection.
Equipped with a 1.3", 1 3/4" fabric reinforced neoprene diaphragm, this regulator offers precise and long-lasting service. It is well-suited for various medium to high capacity general-purpose applications that require accurate and uniform outlet pressures.
To ensure quality, the regulator is pretested and features a precision-machined nozzle for maximum flow control. The stem-type seat mechanism inlet pressure helps with sealing, and the external self-reseating relief valve adds another layer of reliability.
Measuring at 6 1/2" x 6.13" x 5.63", this regulator delivers at least the stated upper range, and in some cases may exceed it. It features a forged brass body and housing cap, a stem-type seat mechanism, a Delrin cap bushing for smooth adjustments, a fabric reinforced neoprene diaphragm, a sintered inlet filter, and an external self-reseating relief valve.
Please note that this regulator is not designed to protect downstream equipment, and therefore does not include a relief valve as found in the VTS 260 Series regulators.
