The Weldas 44-2023 Golden Brown™ Leather Welding Sleeves are engineered to provide robust protection for industrial welders requiring extended arm coverage. Manufactured from select split cowhide, these sleeves offer a high degree of resistance against molten spatter, sparks, and radiant heat generated during MIG, Stick, and high-amperage TIG welding processes. The leather is specially tanned to remain pliable, ensuring that the protective barrier does not impede the operator's range of motion.

A critical design feature of this model is the proprietary self-balancing strap system. Unlike traditional sleeves that rely on elastic bands which can degrade or constrict blood flow, this system utilizes an adjustable harness that rests across the shoulders. This design distributes the weight of the sleeves evenly and ensures they remain securely positioned on the upper arm, regardless of the welder's posture. The straps automatically adjust as the wearer moves, preventing the sleeves from sliding down or binding in the underarm area.

Durability is further enhanced through the use of 3-ply Kevlar® stitching on all seams.
