The Victor 1412-0187 is a high-performance Grade T twin welding hose designed to meet the rigorous demands of industrial oxy-fuel applications. Unlike standard Grade R hoses which are limited strictly to acetylene use, Grade T hoses are engineered with a polychloroprene (neoprene) tube and cover that provides universal compatibility with all fuel gases. This includes Acetylene, Propane, Propylene, Natural Gas, and MAPP gas. This versatility makes it an essential component for facilities that utilize alternative fuels for heating and cutting operations or switch between fuel types depending on the application.

Safety and Compliance

Safety is paramount in gas distribution, and this hose is manufactured to meet or exceed RMA/CGA IP-7 specifications for Grade T welding hose. The construction features a flame and oil-resistant cover that protects the inner tube from the harsh environment of a welding shop, where exposure to grease, oil, and sparks is common. Following industry standards, the oxygen line is green with right-hand threads, while the fuel gas line is red with notched nuts indicating left-hand threads.
