10401133 - Tweco No. 4 MIG Gun 400A 12ft Miller Connection

The Tweco® Professional No. 4 Classic Series 400 A MIG Gun is designed for heavy-duty welding applications. It can accommodate wires ranging in size from 0.035" to 0.045". This air-cooled MIG gun is ideal for medium to heavy-duty fabrication work. With a 12' lead cable and a Miller® style rear connection, it offers excellent wire feedability.

The MIG gun has a 60% duty cycle when used with CO2 gas and has been fully tested for reliability. It features a 60-degree metal jacket conductor tube that can swivel 360 degrees around the handle, allowing for quick replacement. The Mig-Kwik connection is fully insulated, making it easy to connect and disconnect the wire feeder. Two ball-point screws secure the Cablehoz® and conductor tube in place.

The gun is designed to reduce operator fatigue, with a balanced pivot point at the center of the handle. It also has a gun hanger at the bottom for easy resting when not in use. The steel spring strain relief provides support to the Cablehoz® to minimize wire feed issues.

With its enhanced direct plug capabilities, the MIG gun is easy to repair. It has been an industry standard for over 40 years and features a patent-pending design that allows for easy maneuverability in various welding positions.

The gun's durable construction includes a three-layered conductor tube and a high impact-resistant handle. It is field repairable, with a split-half handle case that provides easy access for repairs without requiring additional connectors. The trigger contains silver plated contacts with self-cleaning action for long-lasting performance.

The MIG gun is compatible with Tweco® Spray Master® series and Tweco® Professional No. Series, making it a cost-effective choice with lower inventory carrying costs.
