The Tweco® Professional No. 4 Classic Series 400 A MIG Gun is a reliable and durable option for industrial applications. It is designed for semi-automatic welding and is suitable for medium/heavy-duty fabrication. The gun features a heavy-duty contact tip that can accommodate wires ranging from 0.035 to 0.045 inches in size.

With a 15' lead cable that offers good wire feedability, this air-cooled MIG gun is equipped with a Lincoln® style rear connection and has been fully tested to ensure quality. It has a 60% duty cycle when used with CO2 gas.

The gun's oval-shaped handle reduces the grip required to manipulate the MIG gun position, reducing operator fatigue. It also features a gun hanger at the bottom for easy resting when not in use. A steel spring strain relief provides support to the Cablehoz® coming out the rear of the handle, minimizing wire feed issues.

The MIG gun is easy to repair and features enhanced direct plug capabilities. It has a patent-pending design that allows for easy maneuverability in various welding positions. The industry standard gun has been trusted for over 40 years.

The gun's metal jacket conductor tube can swivel a full 360 degrees around the handle and offers quick replacement. It features a fully insulated Mig-Kwik connection that allows for quick connection and disconnection at the wire feeder.
