The tip is machined from high-grade copper alloy tubing, a material choice that optimizes both thermal and electrical conductivity while maintaining structural integrity under heat stress.

Dimensional precision is a key feature of this contact tip. It features a total length of 1.47 inches and a bore diameter of 0.044 inches, specifically sized for .035" (0.9mm) welding wire. The internal diameter tolerance is strictly held to +/- .003 inches, ensuring a consistent contact patch with the wire electrode.
