The core innovation of the AccuLock MDX system lies in its Optimized Wire-Feeding geometry. Unlike traditional contact tips that may sit slightly off-axis from the liner, the T-M035 tip is designed to align and center perfectly with the liner lock when the gas diffuser is tightened. This creates a continuous, flawless path for the wire, drastically reducing the friction and drag that typically lead to bird-nesting and erratic arc characteristics.
