Designed specifically for compatibility with the Flextec 450 and Power Wave S Series power sources, this cart transforms stationary equipment into a mobile welding station capable of navigating busy shop floors. The unit is constructed with durability in mind, weighing approximately 143 lbs, ensuring it provides a stable low center of gravity even when fully loaded with a power source, wire feeder, and gas cylinder.

One of the standout features of the K3059-4 is its thoughtful footprint. Despite its capacity to hold heavy industrial equipment, the cart is designed to fit through standard 30-inch (762 mm) doorways, making it an excellent choice for facilities with tight spaces or segmented work areas. The mobility is powered by large rear wheels that handle uneven shop floors with ease, paired with front casters that allow for precise steering and positioning in tight corners.

Storage and organization are key components of this cart's design. It features a dedicated single gas bottle platform complete with cylinder chains to ensure the shielding gas supply is transported safely and meets safety regulations. Note: Proper installation requires the power source to be equipped with a Locking Foot Kit (Base Mounting Kit). If you are using Flexfeed or Power Feed feeders, the K4068-1 mounting kit is also required.
