The nozzle features a 5/8-inch (15.9 mm) bore ID, which provides a broad shield of gas coverage essential for preventing porosity in aluminum welds. The 1/8-inch (3.2 mm) recess protects the contact tip from excessive heat and spatter while maintaining the correct stick-out for optimal arc characteristics.

Constructed with a robust thread-on design, the KP2743-1-62RA ensures a secure mechanical connection to the diffuser.
