The Lincoln Electric KP2744-035A-B100 is a bulk package of 100 Magnum® PRO Contact Tips, specifically engineered for welding with 0.035-inch (0.9 mm) aluminum wire. Unlike standard contact tips designed for steel, these 'A' series tips feature a slightly increased internal bore diameter. This critical design modification accommodates the higher coefficient of thermal expansion inherent to aluminum, preventing the wire from binding or seizing inside the tip as it heats up during the welding process.
