The Lincoln Electric Magnum® PRO Curve™ 300 Welding Gun Ready-Pak® (K2951-2-10-116) is engineered for high-performance semi-automatic welding in industrial environments. Rated for 300 amps at 60% duty cycle using CO2 shielding gas, this air-cooled MIG gun is built to withstand the rigors of heavy fabrication, structural steel work, and equipment maintenance. This specific Ready-Pak configuration comes pre-assembled with a 15-foot cable and is set up for 1/16-inch (1.6 mm) wire, making it an immediate solution for flux-cored or heavy MIG applications right out of the box.
At the core of the Magnum PRO series is Lincoln's proprietary consumable technology designed to maximize arc time and minimize downtime. The gun utilizes Copper Plus® Contact Tips, which feature a larger diameter and greater mass than standard tips. This design significantly improves heat dissipation, keeping the tip cooler and extending its service life. Additionally, the patent-pending Anti-Seize™ thread design on both the contact tips and diffusers prevents parts from fusing together, ensuring that consumable changes are quick and tool-free when necessary.
The K2951-2-10-116 is constructed with industrial-grade components to ensure longevity. The gun tube can rotate 360 degrees without tools, allowing welders to access tight joints or difficult angles comfortably. The included K466-10 Gun Connector ensures seamless compatibility with Lincoln Electric wire feeders such as the LN-25® PRO and Power Feed® 25M. With a wire diameter range capability of 0.025" to 5/64", this gun offers the versatility needed for diverse welding procedures, although it arrives optimized for 1/16" wire feeding.
