The Miller LMD2A-10 is a specialized MIG gun liner engineered specifically for the MDX-100 and MDX-250 series MIG guns. This component is a critical part of the AccuLock MDX system, designed to address common wire feeding pathologies found in industrial welding environments. The liner accommodates wire diameters ranging from .030" to .035" and is cut to a standard 10-foot length, matching the cable assembly of compatible MDX guns.

Technically, the LMD2A-10 distinguishes itself through its front-loading architecture. Unlike legacy systems that require feeding from the power pin, this liner is inserted from the neck of the gun. This design choice allows the liner to be locked securely at the front diffuser before being trimmed at the rear. This mechanical configuration ensures that the liner is always under the correct compression within the cable bundle, preventing gaps that lead to wire chatter.
