Engineered for reliability and operator comfort, this air-cooled gun delivers a rated output of 200 Amps at a 60% duty cycle using CO2 gas. The K497-1 model comes equipped with a 15-foot cable assembly and is configured with a liner suitable for .035-.045 inch (0.9-1.2 mm) wire, making it versatile for a range of mild steel and flux-cored welding tasks.
Lincoln Electric has constructed the Magnum 200 with longevity in mind. The gun features a one-piece modular trigger assembly molded from high heat-resistant material. While this specific SKU (K497-1) is set up for .035-.045 wire, the gun is also highly effective for welding thin materials using .025-.030 wire when equipped with the appropriate liner and contact tips.
