The Magnum PRO Robotic Water-Cooled Robotic Torch is specifically designed for use with Fanuc 100iD/10L Arms. It features an innovative cooling design that enables it to operate at higher amperages while maintaining the lifespan of the torch and expendables. In comparison to air-cooled torches, this water-cooled torch can withstand high duty cycle applications, running at a 100% duty cycle at 525A with 90/10 mixed gas. Its conduction and convection cooling near the torch's end keeps expendables cool, resulting in extended expendable life, increased arc-on time, and reduced replacement parts costs. The gun tubes of the Magnum PRO Torch are built with a durable inner and outer sheath, enhancing TCP repeatability and minimizing damage in case of crashes. Thanks to its unique design, both the inner and outer sheath of the gun tubes are cooled, thereby reducing spatter adhesion. The torch is easy to install, ensuring a leak-free operation with its floating fittings. Additionally, visible hash marks simplify the installation process and facilitate easy setup.
