The Tweco® Weldskill®® 400 A MIG Gun is a high-performance tool designed for light to medium duty fabrication. With its metal jacketed conductor tube, this air-cooled MIG gun offers durability and dependability for industrial applications. The gun can accommodate wires ranging in size from 0.035 to 0.045 inches and features a 60% duty cycle with CO2 gas.

Featuring a 15-foot power cable with a Tweco® style rear connection, this MIG gun offers excellent wire feedability. The gun is designed with a standard 60-degree conductor tube that swivels 360 degrees around the handle, making it easy to maneuver and quickly remove and replace without removing the conduit.

The MIG gun also boasts a fully insulated Mig-Kwik connection, allowing users to conveniently connect or disconnect at the wire feeder. Designed to reduce operator fatigue, the gun's oval handle shape ensures comfort during extended use.

Additionally, the Tweco® Weldskill®® 400 A MIG Gun is field repairable, thanks to its split-half handle case which provides easy access for repairs. No additional connectors are required for repairing the Cablehoz®.

For improved performance and longer life, a wide selection of front end consumables is available for this MIG gun. Heavy-duty contact tips are also provided for high heat applications. The 60-degree metal jacketed conductor tube offers flexibility with a 3-inch radius, while front and rear spring strain relief ensures secure and reliable operation.
