The Miller NS-M1200B is a premium brass nozzle designed specifically for the MDX-100 MIG welding gun, forming an integral part of the AccuLock™ MDX consumable system. This package contains two high-quality nozzles featuring a 1/2-inch orifice and a flush tip geometry. The AccuLock system is engineered to address one of the most common frustrations in MIG welding: erratic wire feeding. By centering and locking the liner into position at both the front and back of the gun, the system creates a flawless, concentric path for the wire to travel from the feeder to the contact tip. This precise alignment significantly reduces friction and drag, resulting in a smoother, more consistent arc.

One of the standout features of the NS-M1200B is its "Stays Tight" technology. Unlike traditional slip-on nozzles that can loosen over time due to thermal expansion and vibration, this nozzle features a coarse thread design paired with a steel retaining ring on the diffuser. This combination ensures that the nozzle remains securely seated during use, maintaining proper gas coverage and electrical isolation.
