The Miller WC-24 Weld Control (Stock No. 137549) is an essential interface unit designed to enable the operation of Spoolmatic® and Spoolmatic Pro spool guns with Miller CV (Constant Voltage) power sources. Engineered for industrial environments, this control unit supplies the necessary 24 VAC power and control signals through a standard 14-pin receptacle, ensuring seamless communication between the welding power source and the wire feeding gun. It is specifically configured to mount directly onto the power source, maintaining a compact footprint and reducing cable clutter in the workspace.

One of the standout technical features of the WC-24 is its internal board-mounted potentiometer. This component allows operators to fine-tune the drive motor acceleration rate, also known as run-in speed.
