The nozzle features a 3/8-inch (9.5 mm) bore diameter, which provides a focused shielding gas column ideal for short-circuit transfer modes and precision fabrication tasks.

Mechanically, the 22T-37-SS utilizes a slip-on connection interface. It is designed to slide securely over a standard Series 32 nozzle insulator (Stock No. 1320-1100), allowing for adjustable positioning. This adjustability enables the operator to fine-tune the relationship between the nozzle exit and the contact tip.
