The Generic 23-37 Tweco Style MIG Nozzle is a high-quality replacement consumable designed for professional welding operations. Engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications, this nozzle features a standard 3/8-inch (9.5 mm) bore, making it an excellent choice for applications requiring tighter joint access and focused gas coverage. It is specifically constructed with a built-in threaded insulator, eliminating the need for separate external insulators and simplifying the assembly of your MIG gun front end.

This nozzle is highly versatile, offering broad compatibility with industry-standard torches. It is designed to fit Tweco® Classic No. 2, No. 3, and No. 4 MIG guns, as well as select Lincoln® Magnum® series guns. The 23-37 nozzle integrates seamlessly with 52FN and 54A gas diffusers, ensuring a secure mechanical connection and consistent shielding gas flow. With a 1/8-inch tip recess, it provides adequate protection for the contact tip while maintaining good visibility of the weld puddle, suitable for short-circuit MIG welding and general fabrication tasks.
