The Miller NS-M1200C is a package of two genuine AccuLock™ MDX™ Series nozzles designed exclusively for the Miller MDX-100 MIG welding gun. These nozzles feature a 1/2-inch orifice and a flush tip geometry, making them suitable for a wide range of general welding applications where visibility and gas coverage must be balanced. Constructed from industrial-grade copper, they offer excellent heat dissipation and durability in standard MIG environments.

A key engineering feature of the AccuLock MDX nozzle is its thread-on connection mechanism. Unlike traditional slip-on nozzles that can loosen over time due to thermal cycling and vibration, this nozzle utilizes a steel retaining ring on the diffuser to maintain a secure, tight fit throughout the welding session. This design ensures consistent gas shielding and reduces the frequency of interruptions for adjustment.

Furthermore, the nozzle is an integral component of the AccuLock consumables system. When installed, it works in conjunction with the contact tip and diffuser to center and lock the gun liner into position at the front of the torch. This alignment creates a flawless wire-feed path from the feeder to the contact tip, significantly reducing drag and preventing wire shaving or bird-nesting. This product is sold in a pack of two.
