12201204 - Tweco Velocity MIG Nozzle 3/8" Flush (1220-1204)

Tweco® presents the Flush, Threaded Light Duty Nozzle for easy identification. This nozzle, made from high-quality copper alloy tubing, offers adjustability to achieve the desired relationship between the contact tip and nozzle. It conveniently slides over the standard nozzle insulator. The Flush Tips are ideal for applications requiring higher heat and longer electrical stick-out or when the nozzle may touch the work piece. On the other hand, the Flush Tips are suitable for shorter electrical stick-out, resulting in shorter arc lengths and bringing the tip closer to the work piece. Lastly, the Protruding Tips are perfect for welding in tight spaces, such as open root pipe joints, although extra caution is needed to prevent arcing and potential damage to the front end parts.
