The Bernard NS-5818B is a high-performance MIG welding nozzle designed specifically for the Centerfire™ consumable system. Engineered for industrial durability, this nozzle features a robust brass construction that withstands the thermal stresses of high-amperage welding applications. It is designed with a 5/8-inch (15.9 mm) bore and provides a 1/8-inch (3.2 mm) tip recess, optimizing gas shielding for standard welding parameters.

A key technical advantage of the NS-5818B is its integration with the Centerfire system's unique geometry. The nozzle is threaded to secure firmly to the DS-1 gas diffuser, ensuring precise concentricity between the contact tip and the nozzle bore. This alignment is critical for maintaining consistent electrical conductivity and heat transfer.
