The Tweco® Slip-On Nozzle is designed for heavy-duty welding applications, fitting standard gas diffusers. It is specifically made for use with 450 A Tweco® SprayMaster® MIG guns. With a 3/4" bore size and a 3.21" length, this nozzle is ideal for high heat applications and situations where longer electrical stick-out is needed. The outer surface is stamped with a part number for easy identification. Made from 122 DHP copper alloy, the nozzle offers durability and longevity. Its 3-piece design includes a copper alloy tubing housing, a solid brass nozzle insert, and a silicone insulator. The nozzle insert allows it to slide over a metal spring in the gas diffuser, providing electrical insulation. Each pack contains two nozzles. Choose from three types of tips: recessed, flush, and protruding, depending on your welding needs. Note that protruding tips are best suited for tight weld joints, but there is a slight risk of arcing and damage to front-end parts.
