The Tweco® Tapered Short Stop Copper Nozzle is specifically designed for standard gas diffusers and is compatible with Tweco® No. 4 MIG guns with an amp rating of up to 450 A. This nozzle is ideal for medium to heavy duty welding applications. It features an easily identifiable part number stamped on the outer surface. The nozzle effortlessly slides over the standard nozzle insulator and can be adjusted to achieve the desired contact tip and nozzle relationship. Made from copper alloy tubing, the nozzle is durable and reliable. The 0.125-0.156" recessed contact tip is perfect for applications requiring higher heat or when the nozzle may come into contact with the work piece. Each pack contains two nozzles. Please note that different tip lengths have specific uses: flush tips are ideal for shorter arc lengths, while protruding tips are best for tight weld joints, although care must be taken to avoid damaging the front end parts.
