The Tweco 1240-1896 (VNH75SC) is a premium heavy-duty MIG nozzle designed for the revolutionary Velocity™ consumable platform. Engineered for high-performance industrial welding, this nozzle features a substantial 3/4-inch (19.1 mm) bore, making it an excellent choice for high-amperage applications where maximum gas coverage is critical, such as spray transfer modes or aluminum welding. The "SC" designation indicates a 1/8-inch (3.2 mm) contact tip stick-out, which allows the welder to maintain a shorter arc length relative to the nozzle edge, improving visibility of the weld puddle and facilitating access into tighter joints or fillets.

The Velocity system distinguishes itself with a threadless, "drop-in" style that eliminates the common frustration of nozzles seizing to the diffuser. By removing threads from the consumable path, Tweco has created a solid copper conductor that runs cooler and lasts longer than traditional designs. The VNH75SC is constructed from solid copper, ensuring optimal thermal conductivity and durability in harsh welding environments. It is compatible with Tweco Fusion™ and Spray Master™ MIG guns that have been outfitted with Velocity conductor tubes.
