High-Performance Tweco Velocity VNS-62F Nozzles

The Tweco 1240-1864 (VNS-62F) is a premium MIG welding nozzle from the revolutionary Velocity consumable series. Designed to address common welding frustrations, the Velocity system eliminates the need for separate gas diffusers by integrating the seating area directly into the conductor tube and nozzle interface. This specific model features a 5/8-inch (15.9 mm) bore and a flush tip relationship, making it an excellent choice for general fabrication where a balance of gas coverage and puddle visibility is required.

Unlike traditional slip-on nozzles that rely on friction rings or springs, the Velocity nozzle utilizes a coarse thread design. This ensures a solid mechanical connection that drastically improves thermal conductivity, keeping the front-end consumables up to 40% cooler during operation. The cooler running temperature reduces spatter adhesion and extends the lifespan of the nozzle. The flush design allows the contact tip to sit even with the nozzle exit, providing versatility for various transfer modes and joint configurations.

This package contains two (2) VNS-62F nozzles. They are compatible with Tweco Fusion MIG guns and Spray Master guns that have been upgraded with Velocity conductor tubes.
