The Tweco 23-37 MIG Nozzle is a critical consumable component designed for the Tweco Classic No. 3 and No. 4 air-cooled MIG guns, as well as compatible Spray Master series guns. This nozzle features a standard 3/8-inch (9.5mm) bore, which is ideal for short-circuit MIG welding applications where focused gas coverage is required to prevent porosity and ensure weld integrity. The nozzle is manufactured from a robust copper alloy, selected for its superior thermal conductivity and resistance to mechanical wear and spatter accumulation.

As part of the 23 Series, this nozzle utilizes a slip-on connection mechanism. This design eliminates the need for threaded insulators, allowing the operator to quickly pull the nozzle off to clean spatter from the contact tip and gas diffuser or to replace the nozzle entirely. It is designed to seat firmly over the Series 32 nozzle insulator, which maintains concentricity and electrical isolation from the contact tip. The 23-37 is classified as a standard nozzle, offering a balance between gas flow volume and accessibility to the weld joint.

This package contains two (2) nozzles, providing immediate stock for maintenance intervals. Proper nozzle selection is essential for managing shielding gas flow rates; the 3/8" bore is typically suitable for wire diameters ranging from 0.023" to 0.035" in standard fabrication environments.
